- Briefing. A deep dive into your objectives, your audience, the competitive field and how you are perceived today.
- Strategy. A roadmap built on research and audience insight: messaging, platforms, content pillars and positioning.
- Execution. Content, campaigns and brand work go out, and the plan is adjusted as the audience responds.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. After a first conversation I send a written proposal that sets out the work and the fee. No two engagements are the same, so I do not publish a rate card.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. Many clients start with a single piece of work, such as positioning or ghostwriting, and add more later.
Do you work outside Tanzania?
Yes. My base is Dar es Salaam, and I work with clients across East Africa and beyond.
