Ghostwriting for executives and founders in Tanzania

Articles, essays, speeches and LinkedIn content written in your voice, carrying your ideas.

Your ideas, in your voice

Most leaders have plenty to say and very little time to write it down. Ghostwriting closes that gap. I interview you, learn how you think and speak, and turn your ideas into writing that sounds like you on a good day.

Everything is published under your name. My job is to make that easy and to make it good.

What I write

  • Thought leadership articles for LinkedIn, your company blog and the press.
  • Long-form essays and opinion pieces.
  • Speeches, keynotes and remarks for events.
  • LinkedIn posts and post series that build a recognisable point of view.

How it works

  1. Voice interview. We talk through your views, your stories and the way you speak.
  2. Ideas bank. I turn that conversation into a list of topics and angles for your approval.
  3. Drafting. I write each piece in your voice, using your examples and your opinions.
  4. Review. You edit, and I revise until it is right.
  5. Publishing. I can format and schedule for the channel you choose.

Who this is for

Executives and founders who know what they think but cannot find the hours to write. Leaders building a public profile who want a steady rhythm of strong writing behind their name. Organisations whose leaders are the voice of the brand.

It is not for anyone who wants content produced without their involvement. Good ghostwriting needs your ideas, your stories and your approval. I do the writing, and you supply the substance.

A note on honesty

Ghostwriting is a long-standing practice for speeches, opinion pieces and books. The ideas and the accountability are yours, and the writing is a collaboration. I only write what you are willing to stand behind.

Common questions

Will it sound like me?

That is the point of the voice interview and the review stage. The first draft usually needs a few edits, and each round gets closer. Within a few pieces most leaders stop changing much.

How often should an executive post on LinkedIn?

Consistency matters more than frequency. For most leaders, one strong post or article a week, kept up for months, builds a recognisable presence.

Who owns the writing?

The writing is written for you to publish as your own.

Can ghostwriting be part of a wider brand plan?

Yes, and it usually works best that way. See executive and personal branding and digital and content strategy.
