Content without a strategy is noise
Posting more is not a plan. Without a clear audience, a point of view and a reason for each piece, content fills a calendar and changes nothing. A content strategy decides what you say, where you say it, how often and what it is meant to achieve.
What I plan with you
- Audience and objectives. Who you are talking to and what you want them to do.
- Content pillars. Three to five themes that you can speak about with real authority.
- Channels and formats. The platforms where your audience pays attention, and the formats that suit you.
- Editorial rhythm. A calendar you can keep up, with room for events and news.
- Measurement. The few numbers that show whether it is working.
Strategy plus delivery
I can hand the plan to your team to run, or I can run it with you through ghostwriting and video production management. For individual leaders, this work usually sits inside a wider executive and personal branding engagement.
Common questions
Do I need a presence on every platform?
No. Choose the one or two where your audience pays attention and do those well. A thin presence everywhere is worse than a strong one in two places.
How do you measure success?
Against the objective we set at the start, whether that is enquiries, speaking invitations, search visibility or sales conversations. Raw follower counts are rarely the right measure.
Can you manage my accounts?
I plan and direct the content and can write it for you. Posting and community management can be handled by your team or by a partner we agree on.
